Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Kindly provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging so our support team can verify the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Process
After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including items that have been used, damaged due to improper handling, or personal care products for hygiene reasons.
