Return & Refund Video Verification

To ensure a fair and transparent return process, All General Store requires customers to provide proper video proof when requesting a return or refund.

Unboxing Video Requirement
Customers must record a clear video while opening the parcel at the time of delivery. The video should clearly show the sealed package, the opening process, and the product inside the parcel. This helps us verify any damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

30-Second Product Video
If you wish to request a return or refund, you must send a short video (approximately 30 seconds) clearly showing the issue with the product.

360° Product View
The video must include a full 360-degree view of the product from all sides. This helps our support team properly inspect the condition of the item before approving a return or refund request.

Important Note
Return or refund requests without proper video proof, including unboxing footage and a 360° product view, may not be accepted.
