Refund & Return Policy – All General Store

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process
To initiate a return request, please contact our support team at support@allgeneralstore.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution such as a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
